InsightThe business needed more than a better website. Its market presence, demand generation and sales operations had to be created as one connected commercial system.

In the client’s words
“I worked with Ali Owji when we brought his agency, Trustline Digital, on board to rebuild SkyStruct's website. In just eight weeks, Ali took our rough ideas, literally sketched on a whiteboard, and turned them into a site that looks great, loads fast, and, most importantly, brings in business. He ran discovery workshops that surfaced insights even our own team had missed, then dove straight into design tweaks and code reviews to make sure every detail lined up with those insights. Weekly check-ins were concise, honest, and always ended with clear next steps, which meant no surprises, no drama.”

Follow one signal into revenue
Select a stage to see how the public presence, automated journeys, booking engine and sales command centre preserve buyer context from first touch to commercial action.
Commercial journey
One signal keeps its context.
Positioning, website architecture and buyer-specific product stories establish a credible digital front door.
Supporting conversion model
Put evidence before the ask.
The wider system created the market presence and demand engine. This funnel isolates one decision inside it: when a buyer is asked to qualify.

Built evidence
The growth system, made operable
Three connected models show the system that was created: a credible market presence, a purpose-built sales command centre and automated journeys from buyer touchpoint to commercial action.

01
Context
A construction-technology SaaS firm with a capable product but no credible digital presence to explain it, and marketing activity that was not creating a dependable route from awareness to revenue.
02
Problem
The business lacked the market-facing system around the product: clear positioning, a coherent website, targeted acquisition, automated follow-up, booking infrastructure and a commercial workspace that sales could actually operate from.
03
Insight
Website, marketing and sales operations could not be repaired as separate assignments. Each touchpoint needed to carry context into the next one: what the buyer had seen, what they cared about, whether they had booked, how the opportunity was valued and what action should happen next.
That made the engagement an orchestration problem: build the public presence and the operating layer behind it at the same time.
04
Strategy
Create the market presence from the ground up around a conversion-first information architecture: establish the product's specific value first, qualify second, and instrument every step so the commercial response could be measured and improved.
Discovery workshops and user-story mapping first, so the sequence came out of how buyers actually evaluated the product rather than out of a template. In parallel, more than 3,000 companies across the MENA construction market were analysed to resolve two buyer profiles worth building for — the Enterprise Innovator and the Growth-Focused General Contractor.
That evidence set the go-to-market shape: account-based marketing and outbound working together, with every route carrying a buyer into the product story built for their context.
05
System
A modular, Core Web Vitals-optimised and WCAG-AA accessible website, deployed through CI/CD and connected to analytics, booking and sales operations.
The website, persona-led landing pages, product storytelling, demonstration path and acquisition campaigns were designed as one market-facing system. Automated email journeys responded to different buyer touchpoints, while an integrated booking engine moved qualified interest into scheduled conversations without losing its source context.
A custom sales command centre then carried leads into a structured CRM: source intelligence, demo bookings, pipeline stages, tasks, follow-up signals, proposals, quotes, targets and financial values were brought into one role-controlled workspace.
Built to extend: two further product modules and a customer success portal launched afterwards on the same foundation, with no downtime and no design debt to unwind first.
06
Outcome
Qualified demo requests up 42% in the first week after launch, and monthly recurring revenue up 29% over the following quarter. Media mentions rose sharply as the repositioning took hold.
The connected market and acquisition programme generated 357 leads at AED 73.51 per lead from 582,953 impressions, reached 114,584 people and recorded 3,690 clicks. The resulting pipeline was valued at $3.55M in the client-supplied record.
The durable result is the second one: the platform absorbed two new modules and a portal without a rebuild.
