Built systems
Strategy proven in production.
I architected and shipped eight internal systems across two legal entities: finance, HR, operations, marketing, design, client service, employee access and sales.
They share one access and governance model, with roughly 158,000 lines of TypeScript and the analytical components in Python. This is the evidence that the transformation work extends beyond recommendations.

01
Employee portal and access layer
One front door to every internal application, with per-person access decided centrally rather than per tool.
02
Multi-entity finance platform
Invoicing, purchasing, expenses and payroll across two legal entities, with a VAT engine that produces filing-ready output.
03
HR and labour-compliance system
Employee records, recruitment, and a leave-accrual engine that implements UAE labour law rather than approximating it.
04
Operations planning workspace
One planning surface per person, and live cross-team workload and blocker visibility for the people accountable for it.
05
Marketing operations platform
Campaign setup, SEO execution and optimisation logs, so what was changed and what happened next stay attached to each other.
06
Design intake and delivery tracker
Structured handoffs between marketing and design, with revisions and deliverables recorded instead of negotiated in chat.
07
Client portal
A governed view of the work for the people paying for it, reading the same records the internal teams write to.
08
Client sales workspaces
Pipeline, proposal and reporting environments, branded and deployed per client on one shared architecture.
