InsightFor an AI tutor, the design problem was not capability but credibility — and credibility in this market is carried by RTL typography and cultural fit as much as by the model.

In the client’s words
“I had the pleasure of working with Ali during our collaboration with Trustline Digital, and I was truly impressed by his leadership and depth of knowledge. I remember a campaign we worked on where I initially had a different approach in mind. Ali welcomed the discussion, listened openly, and then clearly explained his reasoning. Once I saw his perspective, it was clear how much insight and experience he brings to the table. That project ended up being one of our most impactful campaigns.”

One layout, two directions
Drag the handle. Nothing here was redrawn to mirror — the direction is a property of the layout.
Good afternoon, Layla
Algebra — quadratic equations
Drag it. The avatar crosses, the progress fill reverses, the chevron turns and the copy swaps — one layout with a direction in it, not two builds.
Done from the first component this costs nothing. Retrofitted onto a library that assumed one direction, it is a rebuild.

Built evidence
One product system, from wireframe to behaviour
These views reconstruct the work behind Noor: complete product wireframes, guided tutoring, true bidirectionality and a learning loop visible beyond the student screen.
Continue a lesson, ask for help and understand progress without leaving the learning context.

01
Context
A GCC pioneer in ethical AI education, building Noor — an AI-powered educational assistant — alongside the corporate platform that had to make the case for it.
02
Problem
Two tracks at once: a corporate digital platform that needed to generate and nurture demand, and the UX foundation for a flagship product serving three distinct audiences.
03
Insight
Adoption of an AI tutor in this market turns on trust rather than on capability. Parents and teachers were the gatekeepers, and their confidence was built by things the model does not control — whether the Arabic typography was set properly rather than mirrored, whether the interface understood the school context, whether the product looked like it was made for them.
So bidirectional layout and cultural design sensitivity were treated as product requirements from the first component, not as a localisation phase at the end.
04
Strategy
Run discovery and user-journey mapping across all three audiences before any interface work, then build one extensible component library rather than three sets of screens.
05
System
A modular, SEO-first corporate platform with behavioural analytics for segmentation, automated lead capture and full-funnel email automation.
For Noor: complete product wireframes and high-fidelity multi-device designs with RTL and LTR layouts, dark mode, and an extensible Figma component library with multi-state avatar logic and developer-ready documentation.
The market-facing system included a complete brand guideline, website architecture and copy system, motion and supporting collateral, plus two dedicated production films delivered through the Trustline team. Brand, funnel, content and product were treated as one ecosystem with one promise to keep.
06
Outcome
A design system that reduced design-to-development cycles and let the team ship features without redrawing the foundations each time.
Brand visibility increased by 300% after launch, and the venture secured equity investment through the QDB Pre-Accelerator. The corporate platform continues to run the company's demand generation.
